BURKE/O'KEEFE - Need Help!

Anyone have any info on Owen Eugene O'Keefe born 1840 Cork Co. Ireland Married Sarah Burke. He may have been a surveyor in Ireland. Lived in Manchester England before coming to America in the late 1860's. Possibly 1865-66. Children: Thomas,Agnes,Julia,Andrew, MaryAlice & Bella (Isabella). I cannot find any records of them coming from England nor can I find any birth records for Thomas, Agnes, & Julia - all three were born in England.
