Can any readers relate to the following info? Richard Keeffe of Stoneyford, Kilkenny had 2 sons, Martin (c1825-1886) and Patrick Keeffe. Martin married Sarah Simmons (c1825-2 Jan 1902), a daughter of William Simmons of Taghmon, Wexford in Booterstown RC Church on 31 Jan 1851. Martin and Sarah had the following children: Michael (c1855-2 Nov 1874), Catherine (c1858-25 Oct 1874), Richard (c1861-10 Feb 1926), Mary Ellen (c1866-12 Nov 1943) and Patrick (c1869-2 Nov 1874). Martin and Sarah and their children are buried in Deans Grange Cemetery, Dublin.

She had a sister, Alice (also known as Ally) who was born/baptised on 1 September 1843. Judging by the baptismal sponsors of her children, Ellen may also have had a brother called William Kealy and a sister called Anastasia Kealy.
