Appeared in print: Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, page B2 Kathleen Buhl A private service will be held for Kathleen M. “Kay” Buhl of Eugene, who died Nov. 4 of age-related causes. She was 83.
Buhl was born May 21, 1927, in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan to Thomas and Kathleen Stanley O’Leary. She married Richard Stewart in 1953. She married Donald Buhl in 1963 in Washington, D.C. He died June 1, 1990.
She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in Salem. She opened and was co-owner of a family business, Mr. Television, a TV repair service in Eugene. She later worked as a receptionist at Accurate Bookkeeping and Tax Service and First Call Service, both in Eugene.
Survivors include a son, Bill Stewart of Manchester, Wash.; two daughters, Jeannie Olson of Eugene and Kathy Persing of Las Vegas; a stepson, Marc Innocenti of Eugene; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A son, Robert Innocenti, died in 1978. Her first husband died in 2008.
