Okay folks, here is what I dug out of my files. Some of the information is based on a will of a Peter Oller born abt 1749, prob. NY and died in 1823 in Shepherdstown (West) Virginia.I would guess that this is the Peter Oller mentioned as being the son of Elizabeth Sebring in her Will of 1810.This Peter Oller ties to Joe Fulton's line because it lists the heirs of Peter (b. 1749)They were: 1. Elizabeth (b. 1779 VA) and husband John Barber; 2. Mary (Polly) (b. 1781 VA) and husband Henry Tabler; 3. Hannah (b. 1784 VA) and husband Benjamin Wollam; 4. John (b. 1786) and wife Catherine Hess; 5. Jacob M. (b. 1789) and wife Susannah Hansel; 6. George Washington Oller (b. 1791 VA) and wife Margaret Ray; 7. Katherine (b. 1794 VA) and husband Francis Marlay; and 8. (my ancestor) Peter (b. 1800 VA) and wife Elizabeth Knowles. This entire family and spouses all seemed to have moved into the Delaware Co. Ohio region by 1830.From there some headed on west into Illinois and Iowa by the 1860's and from there God knows where (cause I sure don't). I would love to see a copy of the 1810 Will of Elizabeth Sebring but I am in Nebraska and can't get to the Courthouse in WV.I suspect her (first) husband may have been a Peter Oller that preceded the 2 Peter Ollers already detailed, but what he was doing in New York and New Jersey I haven't a clue. There were Ollers, Aylers, Ohlers etc who came over from the Palantine region of Germany and settled in northern Virginia when this Oldest Peter must have been stomping around New York.Somebody fill me in.
