Ed, I hope the data that I sent to you was helpful.Prior to 1869, there is no good way to research immigrant arrivals unless you at least know the year your relatives came to America.Then it is a tedious project of going thru the manifests of every ship that arrived that year.These manifests are located at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.It also helps to know the port of entry, which in your case would probably be New York or Philadelphia.Without knowing the year of arrival, it is an impossible task.
