Augustin Philippart was married to Anne Orban
(1776-1852), who was herself related to the Orban de Xivry family (she was the daughter of Claude-Francois Orban and the sister of Claude Orban, himself married to Antoinette-Isabelle de Xivry. Claude Orban got for
his children the right to change their name to Orban de Xivry, as there were no male descendents anymore in the de Xivry family).
Augustin Orban de Xivry (born 1812) was one of the sons of Claude Orban and Antoinette de Xivry. He was single, lieutenant-general in the Belgian Army, aide de camp of the count of Flanders, brother of King Leopold II.
Augustin Philippart and Augustin Orban de Xivry are in no way the same person, even though they are related.
