As for hopes, I don't believe that I ever indicated any hopes. Hopes are for wannabes. My quest is for the truth.
In the Quaker church records can you tell me if Matthew II is named as the son of Matthew I? I have never found that.
There is much information on my ancestor, Samuel Osborn. I have a copy of Phebe Buffington Hadley's and her husband Richard's will. They both name Samuel Osborn and Frances, his wife, their daughter. Samuel Osborne and Frances Buffington were married at Westtown, Chester Co. PA..Phebe and Richard Buffington witnessed the marriage of their daughter, Frances, and William Harvey, stepfather of Samuel Osborne was a witness also.
