The March 2013 issue of the emailed newsletter of Historic New England.org pictures a fine portrait of Sally Foster Otis (1770-1836) of Boston, MA. She was thewife of Harrison Gray Otis, Congressman, U. S. Senator, and 3d Mayor of Boston.
I am scanning this portrait for any of her Otis or Foster family descendants and researchers who might like a copy sent freely by email. It would be a very great shame and injustice for her descendants not to know of this portrait, which is why I’m scanning it and posting about it. Someone in the family ought to have a copy of this portrait.

Also, please email me directly rather than respond to me on this website as I might not see that response.
If it were a portrait of an 18th & 19th century Mrs. Pease in my family line, I'd certainly hope someone would do the same for me. Call it a simple, but appropriate, genealogical good deed.
