This must be the smallest OUIMET family I have ever seen.I will order the appropriate church records for Comté St. Jean and will report back on all OUIMETs I find. This family very likely could have crossed the border into New York.(I wonder how the Anglophones would translate "Toussaint?")Obviously, if they married in 1829, there must have been more children by 1836.BTW, I also looked at the records of a church of Our Lady in Clinton Co., with from the 1850s.[I will get you details.]This is the first time I've personally encountered OUIMET as GUILMETTE [GUILMET].I found a Damase GUILMET & his wife, Marie BEILEY [BAILEY?] and their children, François [b. 28 Feb 1856] Zoe, Amelie, Damase [Thomas] , Antoine & Theodule.I can't be sure where they fit.
