Uncle Johnny Ozier was made happy New Years day, by a fine large Opossum, presented to him by Mr. Frank Burton, Aurora.
There was general rejoicing in the little cottage, at 286 N. River st., Batavia, on this date.

Married, by Justice Arvin Roff, in his office, VanNortwick block, Batavia, Jan. 5th, 1907, Joseph F. White and Miss Amanda McPherson, two enterprising colored people of Batavia. The groom is a grand-son of "Uncle Johnny" Ozier. The happy couple will settle down in Batavia for their future home.
