Hi Kirk,Thanks for your response.My only problem is that noted on the death certificate of Patrick Pakenham,my Great gramdfather,the name of his father was Robert and mother Ann.Prehaps,since many death certificates can be incorrect,the name may not have been correct...any ideas? or middle names? Are you sure of the dates of Michael Pakenham's birth 1795? If it is correct ,Michael would have been would have been age 17 at the beginning of the war of 1812. I am pleased the names of Patrick's children are the same names my father told me were the names ofhis Aunts,and one uncle, John. Joan Pakenham Burns
