Palmer and Marker Paper Mill--Upper Darby

...in 1826, the Palmer & Marker Paper Mills employed 33 people and had eight tenement houses. This mill originally belonged to the Levis family. Does anyone know anything about this?? Did William Palmer own the land? Is this possibly William Palmer b. 1813? What ever happened to it?Any help would be appreciated.
