Re: Paradis from Fall River

My grandmother's name was Azilda Paradis. She certainly was of Canadian ancestry and spoke French. Her father's name was Augustin Paradis and her mother Georgiana GUILLOTTE or GUILLOT. I do not know where thet come from in Canada.

Azilda PARADIS (born 6 aug 1886) married my grandfather the 4th of November 1911 at Fall River, where she had some family (my grandparents would visit or receive visit once in a while).
My grandfather was Joseph-Wilfrid TALBOT, born 04-27-1875 in Isle-Verte (province of Québec). It was a second mariage. They moved to the Montreal area (St.Laurent) and Azilda had 11 children.
