Gil:I live about 15 miles due west from you!James Parkinson's (husband of Christina Hoy) father was James Parkinson - of Belfast, Ireland.Came to Philadelphia around 1784.James (from Belfast) and two brothers settled in Pennsylvania - and four more brothers in Virginia, kentucky and Tennessee.James (from Belfast) left Phildelphia - moved to Centre County, PA - and married the widow Hannah Rebecca Worden McMullen.- this info came from Nancy Parkinson Walton.

By the way - I found the Agney (Gma Vivian's mother's family) cemetery north of Eleroy - which is due west of Freeport!Gma Vivian's mother died when Gma Vivian was only 2.I have quite a bit on that.I'll have to look your # up in the telephone book!
