Hugh and Rufus Parks

I am trying to figure out what Hugh Parks goes with who. Would anyone know the parents of Hugh Parks and brother Rufus Parks.Rufus is living with his brother Hugh along with Hugh's wife Nancy Ann Burton Parks.Thanks for any help,Sharon
