Hi

If anyone has any information on a Robert Wharton Paterson who was born on the 8th of October 1763 in Inveraray, Scotland to Walter Paterson (head gardener to the 3rd Duke of Argyll)and Agnes Campbell, daughter of Angus Campbell of Asknish.

There may be a connection to Jamaica but this is not confirmed.
