I have a Janet "Jessie" Paterson who married James Fairbairn in Cockburnspath, Berwickshire in 1845.Children were Mary (1846), James (1848), and John (1850) - maybe more.She was probably born in the 1820s, but I don't know where or who her parents were.Any connection?
