You probably got me wrong there..actually, it seems the family originally came from Kärnten, Austria, having come to Prussia during the thirty year war..by that time, it seems, one part of the family went to Sweden, where their title (knights or sth) was transformed by the swedish queen christine. Since then that part of the family was a member of the swedish nobility. there is, however a few links missing, although the family coat of arms seems to be identical between that swedish family and my own family (do you hav any coat of arms associated with the pauls family?). that swedish family became extinct in the 1920s, when the last male member died... Personally, I am especially interested in closing the gap of information as to where the family actually came from.. since rumour is not enough and name similarities or similar or identical coat of arms do not seem enough, i would like to get m hands on some piece of evidence and facts..
best regards, so far,
