Paxton book
Well, I invested my $100 in the new Paxton book by Frank Paxton, Jr. and am very disappointed.I was hoping I could make a connection from the Muskingum County, Ohio Paxtons to the Pennsylvania, Virginia or other Paxton families before 1800.However, there is no information on the Muskingum, Perry, Hocking and Fairfield County, Ohio Paxtons. There is no index for the 5th to 9th generations so you have to have your Paxton line back to about the 1700s in order to find a starting point to use the second volume.Otherwise, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. There is a lot of information but they mostly left out the Ohio Paxtons.
