I had posted this question about NATHANIEL SARGENT on the SARGENT FORUM, and then thought I might have some luck here on the PEARCE FORUM.Nathaniel Sargent's daughter, CLARISSA SARGENT Married WILLIAM PEARCE.My husband's ancestors.

Nathaniel Sargent b. 29 June 1754 father, Daniel Sargent

Help, please. Does anyone else have Nathaniel Sargent, born 29 June, 1754 in Gloucester, Essex County, Massachusetts, with a father, Daniel Sargent, as an ancestor?

I am not talking about the Nathaniel Sargent born 5 Dec 1753 with parents of Peter Sargent and Rebekah Ingersoll.

On familysearch.org both Nathaniels are listed with birth records in "Massachusetts, Birth and Christenings 1639-1915”

Nathaniel Sargent with the father Daniel Sargent is my husband's ancestor.

In 1917, my husband's grandfather, Frederick Gilman Low, wrote his ancestry for his son. Frederick Gilman Low. He starts with Nathaniel Sargent on his ancestor list. This Nathaniel's wife is Abigail Allen.

I know there are databases on wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com that show Nathaniel Sargent born 5 Dec 1753 as the husband of Abigail Allen. But this is what is handwritten by Frederick Gilman Low(b. 23 August 1862 d.18 February 1950)

Frederick Gilman Low also wrote the Low generations, and the Somes, Davis and Pearce generations at that same time.
