Pearce, Shafer, Shaffer

I have a copy of a letter written by Thelma Pearce of Olympia, Washington (letter date 30 Mar 1977) to Mrs James Roesler in Robinson, Illinois. Thelma was requesting genealogy information on the Pearce and Shafer families. Thelma's parents were Edward Albert Pearce and Halcyon Shafer from the Crawford County area in Illinois. I do not have the information she may have received. Thelma has/had a brother named Stanley. She mentioned Shafer's in Pennsylvania as well.

If anyone knows anything about Thelma or Stanley Pearce of Washington,California,Oregon or the Shafer family of Crawford County, Illinois, please contact me. Anxious to hear from anyone that can help me.
