Re: Can anyone help me find my grandfather?

I realize that this is a real shot in the
dark, but I am trying to locate information
on Pearson Fields.He married Martha Jane
Collins in 1853 in Pickens County, Ga.,
fathered three children and died young in
1864 in the Civil War with measles.I can't
find anything about him other than this.
Is there possibly a link with your grandfather?I thought that Pearson is an
unusual first name, therefore it must be the
surname of relative.I'd be more than
happy to exchange info.
