Enoch Pearson from Sweden -Approx-1917

I have misplaced all my information. I have Enoch Pearson coming from Sweden in or around 1914-1917. He settled in Chicago, Ill. He had a bakery. Had 3 children. Larry, Marion and another son.

Marion went on to marry Bruce Raymond Evans
They had 2 children. Barbara and Bruce and settled in California.

If this rings a bell with anyone, please let me know.

He died in 1978 in Chicago, Ill. Also the original spelling was not Pearson. It was later changed.
