Dudley E. Pearson
It is painful to chronicle the death of DudleyE. Pearson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pearson of St. Charles, who died at his home in Elgin Friday of last week from pneumonia, leaving a household of little children. Born at Hampshire, Ill., on Aug. 13, 1883, he went to Elgin about ten years ago. He has been employed at the Johnson Piano Company in that city. He was an active member of the Woodmen. The deceased is survived by his wife, Ida, and five children, Violet, Gladys, William, Elnora and Myrtel. Besides the parents, he is also survived by two brothers, Arthur F. of St. Charles and Walter E. of Chicago. The funeral was Sunday at two o’clock from the Norris chapel on Chicago street, Elgin. Burial was at North cemetery, St. Charles.
