What a treasure you've found!!!!
This looks like a document that would cement the line from David and Orra at least through Arthur M Pellett and his daughter Cicele (as they're all found in the census records). This has been a nearly impossible like to research fully, as the family moved from Connecticut, through New York, and eventually down there to Florida.
I, personally, would love a copy, as I've been working on collecting the entirety of the decendants of the Pellets of America.
Jewell Crain, if you still check on this board, you'd possibly have first claim on the document, as it would almost assuredly have mention of the Bert Pellett (Brother to A M Pellett) that I mentioned in response to your earlier post.Since this is the only Pellett line known of in Daytona, Florida, its a great shot at finding if it matches to your grandfather at all, especially if A M Pellett was also a boatman.
As for me, Ms. Schilt, I would love to have at least a copy of this trove you've found.Thank you so much for posting about it!!!
