Any information concerning Michael H. Pengilly, who was born in England in the 1820s, married Mrs. Julia Kelly in Washington Co., MO on 28 Jan. 1869, lived in Big River Twp, Jefferson Co., MO and perhaps St. Francois Co., MO, and died before his daughter's marriage in 1887, would be appreciated.
