Have you come across a Joel Penn in your research?My 3rd great grandparents were Elizabeth Penn and Joshua Richmond.According to family Bible, Elizabeth Penn was daughter of Joel & Ester Penn, & born 11/27/1820 in Clermont County, OH.Elizabeth & Joshua had 8 children, the last five of whom were born in ADAMS CO, Illinois.Wondering if there is any connections?
