Seeking parents or sibs of STACY PENN born in Clermont Co. OH 23 Nov 1823. Went to Hadley, Pike Co. IL in 1846 and md. MARY MIDDLETON. They had Joel A., John Wesley, Semantha E.(md. Lessley),Alice(md. McGrew), William Valentine b.Pettis Co. MO and Stacy Edward. Ended up in Neodesha, Wilson Co. KS he died there 6 Mar 1894. May be related to James Penn of So. Quincy, IL in 1850 census, page 256. Help! stuck for over 20 years!
