Pennypacker/Hasser PA Connection

Can someone tell me how Harry Pennypacker, from Jenkintown, PA and Francis (Frank) Hasser, from Germantown area of Philadelphia, PA are related as cousins?Harry had a summer home in Ventnor, NJ where they spent their retirement. They were born prior to 1900, and Frank died in CT in 1972.
