Hope I'm not too late and I am able to help some one with their query. I am the daughter in law of Betty Mae Steely (Amanda's daughter). Mattie (also known as Aunt Toot) lived in upstate NY and shared a farm house with brother Clay( I'm not sure if it was Clay or John that lived with Toot because I never met him). John and Ann I believe had passed on before I entered the family in 1988. Betty Mae married Dr. Warren B. Humphrey and had three boys; Warren, Clayton, and David. David and I were married in 1988. We had two daughters Samantha,10/88 and Krisandra 1/90. Warren and Betty passed within a couple years of each other. Betty in 1995, Warren in 1997. David passed later in 2003. Betty's two boys are living in Florida. Clayton has children, to my knowledge Warren does not.
