PERKINSON - Ireland - late 1700's
Am looking for info on Elizabeth PERKINSON who was married to a William McCOMB(s). They were living in the Roscrea area of N. Tipperary, Ireland at one point. One son, Thomas McCOMB(s), was born there in 1796. Another son, Francis, was also born there. Counties Offaly and Leix (Kings and Queens)are next to Tipperary, so the Perkinson's could have lived in any one of those places.Eventually, the sons came to Canada in the 1820's.
No idea what happened to their mother Elizabeth PERKINSON or her husband, William McComb(s). Also do not know who Elizabeth's parents were.
There may have been a military connection as Elizabeth Perkinson's son, Thomas McComb(s), married into another prominent family who was military from England. (during Cromwell's time)Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
