Edward Dexter Pettengill married Mabel Henry

Hello,
I'm having trouble getting ancestry for Edward Dexter Pettengill's wife, Mabel Henry. She is supposedly related to the patriot Patrick Henry.Edward & Mabel's child, Miles Standish Pettengill, is my grandfather.
I am also trying to find Edward D. Pettengill's father's (also Edward D. Pettengill) ancestry. I know:
Edward Dexter Pettengill
august 11, 1840-march 30, 1885
in US navy 1863-65
Married to Sarah J. Trufant (her parents are Gilbert Trufant& Nancy Standish)
