John Pettingill Married to Mercy Philbrick

Hi,
I'm trying to find ancestors of John Pettingill, b about 1780 in Northwood, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.He married Mercy Philbrick b. 1786 in Epsom, Merrimack, New Hampshire.They had three boys, Leonard T. Pettingill (1813-1870), born in Northwood, New Hampshire, Joel Pettingill b 1817, and Thomas Pettingill b. 1820.

The book "History of Pembroke" mentions John being from Northwood, NH and marrying Mercy Philbrick, the daughter of Perkins Philbrick and Olive Garland.
I appreciate any help you can give me on this.
