Her father was Christopher Phillips,b.1845,Tugaloo,Oconee Co. S.C.his wife Mary Roberson?. His father was Levi Phillips,b.1779 Wife Rachel Whisenant, b.1811 and his father was Levi Phillips, b.5-08-1751 ? wife Barbara Ann Hough, b. 1785, Popes Mill,Madison Co.Ga.
