Re: Valentine Phillips-Siblings

Joseph H . Phillips born 1850 in Tenn. had a son named Samuel Valentine Phillips,born 1884
in Tenn or Ky.But do not yet have info on Joseph's parents..although I'm quite sure Joseph's mother's name was Jane[born 1815].
