Robert Pierce, of Lewes, Sussex co DE early 1700's

Robert Pierce of Lewistown (Lewes, DE)in Sussex (county) was in possession of land owned by Edward Smith. What was the relationship between Robert Pierce and Edward Smith and/or Edward's wife? Robert Pierce willed lot # 12 in Snow Hill to Benjamin Schoolfield in 1717. In 1724, Robert Pierce willed his Worchester property to Archibald Smith of Lewistown in Sussex. Archibald Smith willed this property to James Smith, in 1729. In the Will of Archibald Smith, 1729, Lewes, Sussex co DE, Archibald states that James Smith was his cousin and lived with him.
Are these people all related, and if so, how?Thanks...
