(1) Administrator’s Sale.
PURSUANT to an order of the Inferior court of Monroe county, when sitting for Ordinary purposes, will be sold to the highest bidder, at the court-house in said county, on the first Tuesday in July next, Lots Nos. one hundred and four, one hundred and five, and part of one hundred and six, of the fifth district of said county. Also, one half acre lot, in the town of Forsyth, adjoining Major Myrick-said property being a part of the real estate of Thomas Pinckard, late of said county, deceased.
Also, will be sold on the first Tuesday in August next, at the court-house, in the town of Greensborough, Greene county, a tract of land in said county, adjoining Broughton, Heard & Ligon, containing four hundred acres, more or less, being also part of the real estate of said deceased.
Also, on the first Tuesday in September next, will be sold, at the Court-house in the town of Madison, Morgan county, two-thirds of a tract of land, in said county, containing 202-½ acres known and distinguished as lot No. two hundred and twenty, in the twentieth district of originally Baldwin, now Morgan county, belonging to the estate of said deceased.
Also, on the first Tuesday in October next, will be sold, at the court-house in the town of Monticello, Jasper county, two thirds of a tract of land in said county, containing two hundred two and an half acres, known and distinguished as No. one hundred thirty three in the sixteenth district of originally Baldwin, now Jasper county, also a part of the real estate of said deceased.
Persons wishing to purchase valuable lands will do well to avail themselves of the opportunities here presented. Terms will be made known on the days of sale.

TWO hundred acres, more or less, in the county of Greene, adjoining the tract of land in said county, advertised to be sold by the above advertisement, and one third of the tracts in Morgan and Jasper, being parts of my dower in the estate of said Thomas Pinckard, deceased, will be sold, on the respective days, and at the places named in the foregoing advertisement for the sale of the several tracts of land, in said counties, by the Administrator on said estate.
