Are these Pisters from the Chicago area? My great, great grandfather was Philip Pister who was in Chicago from around 1860's I think to 1893 when he died. Philip married Christine Breckbel? and had many children, Katherine, Gustine and or Gusta, Louis, Henry, Jacob, John, Philip, Pauline,and Fannie? Could your Jacob be my Philip Sr.'s brother?
