Here is the Micajah's that my husband has in his records...Garry Pittman b.1798 married Martha ("Patsy")Fiveash( b. 1800) in 1916.They had 13 kids, Micajah Thomas Pittman b. 8-2-1840;d.4-3-1893.His Civil War record is listed in NC Troops 1861-1865: A Roster, Vol.1 Artillery, page 474, compiled by Louis H. Manarin.M.T was a private.he was married twice.Piety Ward was his first wife and they had two children, Micajah clarence Pittman b. 5-11-1866; d.3-29-1931 and Victoia Mero Pittman b. 3-28-1868;d.5-1911.Micajah and Piety had 18 children and Piety had an additional 6 miscarriages.
Micajah then married Penny Ann Elizabeth Senie Francis Alford (wow what a name huh?) and had 7 more children and three grandchildren.
