Oh, that could only be Martin James Pitts, Sr., s/o John Pitts and Hannah Belton.This Martin James, Sr. was the father of Martin James Pitts, Jr.(1828 - 17 Feb 1863)I believe you will find LWT info copy of his will in History of Upson Co. dated March 3/26/1842.

Susannah ??I got this information from Gordon P. Brown, 120 Usher Rd USA Madison AL 35757.You might contact him to verify, but I believe he said it is his lineage.These are descendants of Joseph Pitts 1700 and wife Nancy Slaughter.There is a good bit being put on DNA site now of this lineage.
