Hi there. I'm sort of new to geneology and the web. But I am able to research for the first time my family ancestors of England. I have found some writing:- " The Attwood Family with Historic notes & Petigrees by John Robinson". In this write up is a paragraph that says:" ...entitled to 100 quarterings on their coat of arms, including a Dudley and Plangtagenet". I do not know what this means. Is there someone that can explain? http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~attwood/attwood_by_robinson.htmhttp://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~attwood/attwood_by_robinson.htm
I got my information at the above address ( page 2, par.3) Hope to hear from someone. Thank-you.
