Elizabeth Plough/Plow/Plew b. 1779 PA

Dear Plough Cousins,

I am the ggg-granddau of Elizabeth Plough (4 Dec, 1779 to 13 Feb 1870) and Joseph Boggs (1761-1743) of KY, interested in locating Elizabeth's parents.She was born near Wrightsville, PA to Henry Plough and unknown wife.According to family records, Henry immigrated from Germany. She had moved early in life with her father first to Virginia, then to the Richmond, Madison County, KY area about 1805.Henry then moved to Ohio where he died.Elizabeth had 10 children with Joseph.Although a number of the children were named for family members, none of the male children carried the name of Henry.One son was named John Plow Boggs, which may mean Henry Plough was actually a John Henry Plough.I have not located a Henry Plough in Pennsylvania or Pennsylvania.

If anyone has informationn on the Plough family, I would greatly appreciate it.I have a large number of descendants for this family and willing to share what I have.
