Tad is there any way I can find Polish Census records online???

I try to communicate with Ciotuszynski families in Poland on facebook and they are all young adults and nobody seems to be able to help me with the info on the family. My Great Grandfather Stanislaw(b.1851) Ciotuszynski's parents were Jozef Ciotuszynski (Ciutuszynski)b.approx 1825 and Karolina Tuszynski who had their two children in Aleksandrowo. The other families seem to be from Inowroclaw and I would like to find the family connection....so if I could see census records from Poland maybe I can find a common connection.
