All four names of the places given by you as "Lemass, Lemarsk, Olishow, and Olishoff" are wrongly spelled and don't exist in Poland.

Let's check all place names in the Russian Gubernia Siedlce counties:
Powiat Bialski (town Bielsk Podlaski) - maybe Bransk and Oleksin
Powiat Garwolinski (town Garwolin) - nothing similiar
Powiat Konstantynowski (town Janow Podlaski) - maybe Lysow and Olszanka
Powiat Lukowski (local town Lukow) - nothing similiar
Powiat Radzynski (local town Radzyn) - as above
Powiat Siedlecki (local town Siedlce) - as above
Powiat Sokolowski (local town Sokolow Podlaski) - as above
Powiat Wegrowski (local town Wegrow) - maybe Lochow
Powiat Wlodawski (local town Wlodawa) - nothing similiar

Thus, my guess is your GGF's Kauffman / Kaufman's, on GGM's side Lev / Lyons's beloved place of birth and life is maybe some of these places located in East Poland:
I. Bransk and near Oleksin
II. Lysow and Olszanka
III. Lochow
