Seems our forum friend Zlatica is right, your family ancestral villages are Mizerna and Nieczajna SE Poland, so beatifully located amongt small mountains and woods, as Polish white pages confirm the family BATOR (other version noted by you are Americanized) are still surviving, living, and farming in both places -
