Re: LDS Records for Zglobien, Poland

Thank you for your responses. I knew that Zglobien was close to Rzeszow, but for some reason, don't think that those records got microfilmed by the LDS. The fact that I haven't been able to find any family members from the Kruczek, Krok family tells me that this information has not been microfilmed. My next step would be to find out where these records are located and if it's possible to have someone reply to an inquiry.

My grandmother was born Ropczyce and I was able to find her baptism info from Ocieka, Ocieka, Rzeszow, Poland (that's exactly what it says on her LDS info sheet. I haven't been able to order the film since LDS says that the film is currently unavailable for loan.

Thank you Pat for your response. Thank you Gilberto. I think you are right about the LDS films. It would be worth it to check it out. Thanks for the link to St. Andrew Apostle Church. I will write then an inquiry and hope to get a response as to the location of the records.
