Thank you very much for taking time out to respond to my inquiry and also for clarifying the location. You are the second person that mentioned this to me! I believe Lutka may be from Kalisz..but cant be certain. I dont know of her having another name of Laje but it could be possible given the birth year of 1876.

I believe Lutka had the following relatives but I dont know the exact relation i.e., siblings, cousins:
David Rauch
Wolf Rauch
Fritz Rauch

David may be a brother and Wolf and Fritz may be nephews of Lutka. The only reason I think this is a possibility is because Lutka's husband (my great grandfather) owned a shoestore in Gorlitz, Germany on Berliner Str. with a David Rauch. (Lutka and my greatgrandfather lived in Gorlitz).Merchants listed with David on a few Gorlitz address books I located on ancestry.com mention a Fritz and a Wolf and having the same last name as David. In addition, it also names a Kurt Wallach working for David..which is my great grandfather's brother--so I am confident that these connections could be accurate.

I also do remember some family members talking about a "Freddie Rauch" as my grandfather's cousin and good friend---who's German citizenship was annulled and he ended up moving to England?Perhaps Freddie and Fritz are the same person as I found a record in ancestry on Fritz which shows he was born in Gorlitz just a few years after my grandfather...
