All of these are Lutheran. All will be in Russian Cyrillic though you might find indices in Roman script which might help to lead you to records you can copy and then translate at your leisure. As you progress backwards, records prior to 1867 will be in Polish.
Gostynin Parish births 1884-1887 are on LDS microfilm 2380088 Item 2
Gostynin Parish births & deaths 1878 to 1886 are on microfilm 1733539 Items 1-2
Nowa Weis Parish b/m/d 1880-1885 are on 1733539 Items 3-8
Nowa Weis Parish b/m/d 1886-1888 are on 1733540 Items 1-3
For additional help with research in this region check out http://www.sggee.orghttp://www.sggee.org .Our site has help files for translating both Polish and Russian Cyrillic. You may also want to join the free mailing list there. We have at least 3 members with connections to an Harwig family in Nowa Wies back in the 1840s.
As you make progress backwards, let me know if you find any Frank or Fender(t) connections as these are two of my families that were in that region before migrating to Volhynia in the 1860s.
