Although rare it's not uncommon for a child to not appear in the census with their parents for whatever reason. In this case the enumerator may have missed her. My great-great-grandmother never appears with her parents in the census at all and her Ohio death certificate doesn't list her parents. It took me several years to prove conclusively who they were.
I would imagine Pearly's children inherited whatever share Pearly would have inherited from her parents. Looking at the estates of George and Susan at the county courthouse may prove it. Sometimes the heirs will sell off the land the person owned and the names of the heirs are listed in the deed.
