Thomas Poling/Poland b. 1590

I have been finding a lot of info on Thomas Poling/Poland. With all this info, i've gotten confused with all the Martins, Samuels etc. Can anyone email me to help me straighten all this out so i have it correct. Need to make a book for the family and don't want to give them incorrect info.Thanks for any help. Karen Trent
